We’ll schedule a relaxed discovery call to learn more about you, your vision, and your wedding day. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and make sure we’re the right fit.
When you're ready, you’ll secure your date with a signed contract and 20% retainer. From there, we’ll send a custom questionnaire to get all the details we need to start planning your perfect coverage.

We do charge a small travel fee for weddings outside of our local area. If your venue is within 50 miles of Dunlap, TN, there’s no travel fee at all. For locations beyond that, we charge $0.50 per mile (round trip). If your wedding is more than 200 miles from Dunlap, we also require a $150 overnight stay fee.
Turnaround times vary depending on the season and our schedule. For films, the minimum turnaround is 4-6 weeks, with a maximum of 8-10 weeks. Photo sessions typically have a turnaround time of 1-3 weeks.
We SOOO wish we could control the weather! Unfortunately, we can't. We aim to keep our shoots on schedule, even in less-than-ideal conditions like light rain, a gentle breeze, or light snow. However, if the weather turns extreme with 30 mph winds and heavy rain, we won't charge you to reschedule.
Once you pick your package and add-ons, we will send you a contract. Upon signing your contract, you will pay a non-refundable 20% retainer fee to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be paid 1 month prior to the wedding/shoot.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
In the extremely rare event that we can’t make it to your wedding due to sickness, family emergency, death in the family, etc., we will do our best to find a trusted replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement can not be found, you will be refunded in full.
HOW MUCH RETOUCHING DO YOU DO?
We retouch temporary blemishes such as acne, cuts, and bug bites. However, we do not edit out the unique features that make you who you are. We believe that birthmarks, freckles, and laughter-induced double chins are all beautiful, raw, and authentic parts of you.
